越南MIC新規針對ICT和ITE產品電氣授權標準變更
從2024年1月1日起，所有ICT和ITE產品(如臺式電腦、筆記本電腦、平板電腦、DVB-T2電視/機頂盒、DECT電話等)都需要越南MIC授權的電氣安全標準——QCVN132:2022。 目前MIC仍未最終確定要求，因為這與另一個監管機構存在沖突。所以目前他們可以接受ISO 17025的CB測試報告。但內部人員表示，他們將QCVN13必須本地測試。11月已經有了一些當地的實驗室可以測試這個標準。
英利建議每位有越南MIC申請正在進行的項目在當地進行安全檢測，以避免法規的突然變化，而耽誤后期VNTA審核發證，也可避免2024年1月1日后新法規開始實行的任何風險。
From 1 January 2024,Vietnam MIC mandate electrical safety standard – QCVN132:2022 shall be required for all ICT and ITE products such as desktop computers, laptop computers, tablets, DVB-T2 TV/ set-top-box, DECT phones etc.
Currently MIC still not finalized the requirements as this is conflict with another regulator. So as of now they can accept CB test report from ISO 17025.
But internal circulation said that they will changed it all to local testing for QCVN132.
This month, they already have some local lab that can test to this standards.
It is recommend that , current on going project to test the safety testing locally to avoid sudden change of regulations.
This is to avoid any risk on 1st of January 2024.
